A small office in Accrington, Lancashire saw the birth of our rapidly growing company in 2003.
Harrington Associates started life as a small financial services firm, primarily helping locals find funding for community projects and personal finance such as mortgages for first time buyers and helping local shopkeepers find the finance to expand their businesses or help realise their ambitions by finding the ideal start up financial packages.
Throughout the next 18 months we progressed rapidly nationally with marketing campaigns in London, the North East and of course never abandoning our roots in the North West and with our partner specialist brokers we helped realise the ambitions for many different people from many different backgrounds with many different circumstances. We had realised our ambition. Our ambition was to be there for anyone regardless of background or circumstance we wanted to be there to help and give people a chance. We did just that and our ambition is still as strong and continues today.
In the summer of 2004 Harrington's started a small operation in Florida as a small estate agency but soon the company evolved into an all in one service,Sales, Lettings and Financing for the expatriate community and also the local community, today we still have very close links in not only Florida but the United States on a whole.
Today we have come back to our roots, back to the North West but with the support, co-operation and partnerships with some of the most professional and specialist brokers nationwide and overseas by our sides.
Today our business has expanded and indeed continues to expand. In January Harrington Recruitment was launched but launched with a simple and straight forward aim. To reward nationwide businesses and nationwide candidates with a first class recruitment personnel service. We aim to find temporary or permanent positions with all types of companies, we aim to bring out the best in our candidates, regardless of qualifications, experience or ability with a position that can enhance existing skills and help develop new skills bringing out the best in both client and candidate.

Property Investment is also an area we specialize in and after almost 5 years of negotiations and building successful working relationships with some of the most reputable builders around the world, we can offer our clients an excellent investment service, with our in depth research and negotiations you can be confident that your investment will be safe, secure and will perform to your expectations.
The foundation of Harrington's was in finance and even though we have expanded into other areas we have never abandoned our excellent financial assistance.

The Harrington foundation project will take time but we are making progress and are hopeful it will not to to long before the Harrington Foundation is launched and we can begin our work with the people who need assistance.
